In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "wonpkr", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the company operating the wonpkr online gaming platform at wonpkr.net and all associated services, products, and applications.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account with wonpkr or accesses any wonpkr service in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the wonpkr website at wonpkr.net, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, payment facilities, and any mobile-accessible versions thereof.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration and KYC verification with wonpkr.
• "Real Money Play" — refers to any game, bet, or wager placed using actual deposited funds held in a player's wonpkr account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spin credits, cashback amounts, or other non-deposited value granted by wonpkr to a player account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which wonpkr transacts with all registered players.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process wonpkr requires for all players prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• "Effective Date" — 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms and Conditions takes effect.

References to any statute or regulatory instrument include references to that instrument as amended or replaced from time to time. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where context permits.

By accessing the wonpkr Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing any bet or wager, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other wonpkr policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and wonpkr with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a wonpkr account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• You are the holder of a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or an equivalent internationally recognised identity document;
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from wonpkr or any other wonpkr-affiliated platform;
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of any jurisdiction to which you are subject;
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of wonpkr or any entity related to wonpkr.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may maintain only one (1) active account on wonpkr at any given time. wonpkr employs technical and investigative measures to detect multiple accounts held by the same individual. Where multiple accounts are detected, wonpkr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all pending and settled bets across those accounts, and withhold all funds pending investigation. Players are required to contact wonpkr support if they inadvertently create more than one account so that the duplication can be resolved appropriately.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the period your account remains active. wonpkr reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all account balances.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wonpkr account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify wonpkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security breach relating to your account. wonpkr will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification. However, wonpkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials or your failure to notify wonpkr promptly following a suspected breach.

All activity conducted through your wonpkr account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be treated as having been conducted by you personally. wonpkr shall not be required to investigate or reverse any transactions conducted prior to receiving notification of unauthorised access, except where wonpkr's own negligence is the direct cause of the breach.

5.1 Deposits

wonpkr accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT). The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500 via mobile wallet methods and PKR 1,000 via bank transfer. wonpkr does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which wonpkr accepts no responsibility.

wonpkr reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any deposit funds at any time. Deposits identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the player's name may be held pending satisfactory verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the wonpkr account. wonpkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts; maximum 24 hours.
• Bank Transfer / IBFT: One (1) to twenty-four (24) banking hours depending on interbank processing times.

5.3 KYC Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of wonpkr's KYC verification process. Players who have not yet completed KYC are not eligible to make any withdrawal from their account. wonpkr may request any or all of the following documents for KYC purposes: a copy of the player's CNIC; proof of address not older than three months; and documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds where individual deposits exceed PKR 50,000 in a single transaction or PKR 200,000 in aggregate within any rolling 30-day period.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wonpkr is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All players and all transactions on the Platform are subject to wonpkr's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring programme. wonpkr reserves the right to freeze account funds, delay withdrawal processing, and report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities without prior notice to the player where AML obligations so require. Cooperation with wonpkr's AML verification requests is a mandatory condition of continued account access.

wonpkr offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time each bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all wonpkr bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued to eligible accounts only — wonpkr reserves the right to determine eligibility in its absolute discretion;
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; sports betting wagers may qualify subject to minimum odds requirements;
• Only wagers placed with real money funds count toward bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise specified;
• Maximum bet limits apply during active wagering requirement completion — exceeding these limits may result in bonus cancellation;
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding are not eligible for withdrawal;
• wonpkr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, systematic low-risk wagering, or coordinated play between multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on the wonpkr Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market as displayed on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific rules of a particular game or market, the specific game or market rules shall take precedence solely with respect to the resolution of that specific game or betting event.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

wonpkr reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide reasons. Bets are not valid until confirmed and assigned a unique transaction reference number by the wonpkr system. No bet shall be deemed accepted solely by virtue of funds having been deducted from a player's account balance where a system error has prevented confirmation from being generated.

7.2 Obvious Errors

In the event of an obvious error in any odds, bet settlement, prize calculation, or game result — including but not limited to software errors, human error, or feed provider errors — wonpkr reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts. wonpkr is not obligated to honour any bet placed at odds materially different from the prevailing market rate due to an obvious pricing error.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all wonpkr betting and gaming products. These limits are displayed within each product section. wonpkr reserves the right to apply individual account-level maximum winnings limits at its discretion, particularly where a player has been identified as engaging in systematic advantage play. Any winnings exceeding applicable limits shall be paid to the maximum applicable limit only, with any excess forfeited.

7.4 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the status of the event at the time the bet is confirmed. wonpkr shall not be responsible for the outcome of any live bet placed during any period of network interruption, latency, or delay experienced on the player's end. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when placing live bets on wonpkr.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wonpkr Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account with wonpkr, whether in the same name, a different name, or through any proxy, nominee, or third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity or payment information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including the coordination of bets or the exchange of information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using any automated betting system, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or third-party software to place bets or access the Platform in any way not explicitly authorised by wonpkr;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or platform vulnerability — whether discovered accidentally or through deliberate investigation — for financial gain;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting integrity violation in connection with events on which bets are placed with wonpkr;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in connection with any deposit made to a wonpkr account;
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content on the wonpkr Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wonpkr staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

wonpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform is designed and operated as an entertainment service. wonpkr strongly encourages all players to treat gaming as entertainment and to wager only amounts they can genuinely afford to lose without financial or personal consequence.

9.1 Player Protection Tools

wonpkr makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players through the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player at any time. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts for any defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which their account will be suspended from real-money play.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their wonpkr account and exclude themselves from re-registration may request permanent self-exclusion through the support team. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of five years.

Players who believe they may be experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to review wonpkr's Responsible Gaming resources available at wonpkr.net/responsible-gaming and to contact professional gambling support services available in their country.

All content on the wonpkr Platform — including but not limited to the wonpkr name, logo, trademarks, game content, graphics, text, software, data, databases, user interface designs, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of wonpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wonpkr Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any wonpkr content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any wonpkr software; create derivative works from any wonpkr content; or use any wonpkr trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of wonpkr intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the player's licence and account, and may expose the player to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wonpkr's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or relating to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or any other legal theory — shall be limited to the amount deposited by the player and held in their wonpkr account at the time the relevant claim arises.

wonpkr expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any nature;
• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services;
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on any information provided on the Platform for any purpose other than entertainment;
• Any technical failure, network interruption, or data loss not directly caused by wonpkr's proven negligence;
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays beyond wonpkr's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit wonpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

wonpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The player's account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• Continuation of the account presents a regulatory compliance risk to wonpkr;
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• The player is a minor or has otherwise been found ineligible under clause 3;
• wonpkr is required to do so by a competent court, regulatory body, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, wonpkr will communicate with the player via their registered email address to explain the suspension and the steps required to resolve it. Where an account is permanently terminated for cause, wonpkr reserves the right to withhold funds pending the conclusion of any investigation and to apply such funds toward satisfaction of any established financial obligation arising from the player's breach.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting wonpkr customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within standard processing timelines.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wonpkr holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform.

13.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the wonpkr Platform, your account, or any transaction, you should first contact the wonpkr customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. wonpkr commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and to providing a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt.

13.2 Escalation and Arbitration

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through wonpkr's internal complaints process, the player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by wonpkr's licensing authority. wonpkr commits to cooperating fully and in good faith with any such escalated dispute resolution process. The decision of the designated dispute resolution service shall be final and binding on both parties in respect of disputes falling within its jurisdiction.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes between you and wonpkr shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree that you shall not participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or consolidated arbitration in connection with any claim arising from your use of the wonpkr Platform.

wonpkr reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the wonpkr Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Continued use of the wonpkr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact wonpkr support to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not materially alter player rights or obligations, and updates required for regulatory compliance — may be made without the fourteen-day notice period and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of any amendment, whether material or minor.
